Thanks for stopping by to check out the Salted Spirit Podcast!

This storytelling platform is filled with conversations from adventurous waterwomen all over the world, including Portugal, France, New Zealand, South Africa, and of course my home base here in the US.

We’re talking surfers, ocean photographers, stunt doubles, kite surfers, stand up paddle boarders, ocean expeditionists; you name it!

All of these women around the world are crushing the female status quo, and what is typically expected of us as women. I launched this platform as there was no authentic way to connect on a deeper level around the world. Sure, we have social media, but how authentic IS that? We always post our best photo and it fails to tell the behind the scenes story of how we got there; I’m talking about digging DEEP into our past, our upbringing, the culture, people and experiences that shaped us to be the women we are today.

In addition, there are a lot of women that care about the health of our oceans, lakes and rivers and are working tirelessly to protect them. We grew up playing in them; fishing, swimming & surfing, and now later in life we have an understanding that we must protect them. This podcast is also a resource to share ideas and inspire one another to collectively leave the ocean better than we found it.

More importantly, I am amplifying the concept of podcasting, and taking it to next level. Instead of a one and done, one sided conversation where you listen and there is no interaction, I'm challenging you to take action as a result of the resources and inspiration you hear in these episodes and stay connected with our watertribe by joining our community at podcast.saltedspirit.com

Last but not least, I wouldn't be here without each and every one of YOU supporting the podcast, so a tremendous thank you for your support and encouragement today, and each day going forward.
